Payment
Sessions and treatments can be paid in cash, TWINT or in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellations 1:1 Sessions
We understand that you may need to change your booking and therefore ask you to cancel at least 48 hours before the booked date so that we have enough time to offer this space to another client. A fee of SFr. 30.- will be charged for late changes; the full fee will be charged for a no-show. This policy is to confirm your commitment to attend your scheduled appointment, as cancelations and no-shows have a significant impact on us.

For events: All public group sessions (Breathwork Ceremonies & Sound Meditations) are binding, i.e. as with regular events, we insist on advance payment for the reservation of your place due to long waiting lists. If you cancel at short notice, we will always try to find a replacement from the waiting list; in this case, we will offer you the opportunity to attend another event in the near future. If no one from the waiting list moves up or there is no waiting list, there will be no refund. You may also give your ticket to someone who can come in your place.

For retreats & workshops we require a deposit according to the confirmation email within 10 days after the binding registration. Up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat, we will refund the full amount. Up to 2 weeks before the start of the retreat we will refund 50% of the seminar amount, after that we will charge the total amount of the seminar costs. The cancellation conditions of the hotel or retreat center apply to room and board costs.

For training courses: We require a non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 to secure your place. The remaining amount as per the invoice in the confirmation email is due no later than 30 days after receipt of the confirmation. Should financial obstacles arise, we are open to a monthly installment plan in three installments; we are also open to up to four installments under special circumstances, which must be paid by the 5th module at the latest. The deposit is non-refundable; however, we are open if there are reasonable grounds for cancellation, in which case your deposit will be transferred to a later training program.

If participation in a module is not possible for unavoidable reasons, depending on the module, specific parts of the module may be made up 1:1 (therapeutic hours) for quality assurance purposes. The necessity of this will be discussed bilaterally with the students. Course insurance is recommended in this regard.
